Transition Fair located at Brick Township High School-Cafeteria 3 (March14, 2012 from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm)

Area agencies will be on hand to provide post-graduate information and services available to classified students.

Presenter: Monique Dujue Wilson

This workshop discusses issues relating to transitioning from school to adult life, identifying outcomes and developing goals as a part of the IEP process. Parents, students and educators will become knowledgeable regarding resources in the community in order to build linkages, and ensure a dignified life as a contributing citizen.
