2003 NCIL Conference
NCIL’s annual conference took place on June 4-7 2003 in Washington, DC.
The theme for this year’s event was “The Revolution of Empowerment: Lead on, Lead on!” in memory of Justin Dart, known to most of us as the Father of the ADA.
About five hundred persons with disabilities and their families, friends and supporters met at the Washington Renaissance Hotel to attend workshops and seminars on disability issues and concerns.
