MOCEANS CIL

Give Kids a Smile Day is New Jersey's largest annual, single day of free health care exams and treatment. Each February, the entire dental community, both public and private sectors, comes together to ensure the delivery of care to thousands of underprivileged children who otherwise may not be able to afford or access care.

Services rendered include oral hygiene instruction, screenings, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, fluoride treatments, stainless steel crowns, and much more.

Volunteers work to ensure the program is fun and educational and that it gives many children a great first impression of visits to the dentists.

And, best of all, all procedures are 100% FREE.

Children will be seen by appointment only. Parents/Guardians/Nurses MUST CALL THE SELECTED LOCATION AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO GIVE KIDS A SMILE! DAY (FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2012).

APPOINTMENTS BOOK EXTREMELY FAST SO ALSO, PLEASE HAVE PARENTS CALL AT LEAST TWO/THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 3, 2012.

ALL CHILDREN MUST HAVE A PARENTAL CONSENT/MEDICAL HISTORY FORM FILLED OUT AND SIGNED AT THE TIME OF TREATMENT. TREATMENT WILL NOT BE DELIVERED WITHOUT A SIGNED CONSENT FORM.
