DETAILS:

Cerebral Palsy of New Jersey will host a one-day conference, "Moving Toward Accessibility: Acknowledging the Needs of People with Disabilities in Addiction Treatment and Prevention Services," from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2008, at the New Jersey Hospital Association Conference Center in Princeton.

The conference will feature keynote speaker Dennis Moore, Ed.D, Director of Substance Abuse and Disability Related Issues at Wright State University, School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio.

Sign language interpreters and CART will be provided for the conference and workshop sessions. Additional accommodations will be available upon request. Requests for accommodations must be made by Wednesday, October 15, 2008. The registration fee is $40 and includes lunch. Scholarships are available.
