Personal Assistant Services Program (PASP)

To be eligible the person must have a permanent physical disability, be a resident of Monmouth County between the ages of 18 and 65 years, employed, attending school and/or volunteering 20 hours a month (inside or outside the home). A Personal Assistant then assists the person with tasks such as light housekeeping, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, shopping and more.
