People with Disabilities gather to promote the belief that disability is a natural and beautiful part of human diversity.

The parade started, rain or shine, Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 11:00AM, at the State House on West State Street and ended at Mill Hill Park, on the corner of  E. Front & S. Broad streets, with celebration filled with performers, music, activities, refreshments and an open mic session!
