PASP

MOCEANS Personal Assistant Services Program (PASP) provides various home health & personal needs to qualified individuals.

To be eligible the person must:

• Have a permanent physical disability,
• Be a resident of Monmouth County between the ages of 18 and 65 years,
• Employed, attending school and/or volunteering 20 hours a month (inside or outside the home).

Personal assistants help with tasks such as light house keeping, bathing, dressing, preparing meals, shopping, driving or using public transportation. The number of hours of help that a person receives depends on individual need -- up to 40 hours per week.

This program differs from many other personal assistance services programs, in that the people with disabilities direct their own services. Please contact us for details 732-571-6232.
