A champion for social justice with a background in leadership and management, Touron Clayton brings a valuable perspective to the Moceans CIL board. Throughout her career, Touron has held impressive positions such as Branch Manager at PNC Bank and Market Manager at Valley Bank, consistently demonstrating excellence and fostering strong relationships. Touron resides in Ocean County.
Mary K. Conover
With more than two decades of experience, Mary K. Conover assists individuals, families, and businesses in achieving their financial objectives at Allied Wealth Partners. She develops customized plans that encompass insurance, retirement, college funding, and investments. Mary resides in New Jersey and has a profound passion for Rutgers sports and philanthropy.
Glen Corson
With 20+ years in finance (sales, leadership, and risk management), Glen Corson brings valuable business acumen to our board. His expertise in building strong relationships aligns perfectly with Moceans CIL's mission. Moceans is thrilled to have Glen's guidance as we navigate financial strategies and growth opportunities.
Reverend Oscar L. Cradle, Sr.
Born and raised in South Toms River, Rev. Cradle graduated from Toms River High School in 1966 and went on to Hampton University. After nearly 60 years of paving asphalt, he built his own successful paving company.
Rev. Cradle's life wasn't always easy. He battled heroin addiction for over two decades, finally overcoming it in 1991 with his mother's unwavering support. Since then, he's dedicated himself to his community. He founded the Wells Chapel AME Church Outreach Center, the STR AA/NA chapter, and the Neighborhood Watch. He co-founded the STR PAL program, securing a $2.2 million grant for after-school activities. He served seven terms on the Borough Council, becoming Council President in 2004, and was elected Mayor of South Toms River twice, in 2014 and 2022.
Mark Jaffee
​Mark Jaffee has been a member of the Moceans Center for Independent Living's Board of Directors for more than two years. He studied international business at the University of California, Irvine, and economics at Rutgers University. Mark's significant retail and digital marketing, analytics, and strategy background allows him to use his great interpersonal and organizational skills to create unique solutions, drive initiatives, and reflect Moceans' beliefs and goals. He lives in Ocean, New Jersey.
Dion Johnson
Dion Johnson is a financial professional with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry. He specializes in integration, financial research, estate planning, succession planning, business continuity planning, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, Medicare insurance, health insurance, and life insurance. His diverse expertise gives him a unique perspective on challenges affecting the disability community and the available solutions.
John Nicklin
John Nicklin has been a longtime resident of Monmouth County, New Jersey. After 24 years in banking, he transitioned to sales with Star Installations, Inc. From 2009 to 2012, he served on the Monmouth County United Way's Board of Officers, and is currently a member of the MOCEANS Center for Independent Living's Business Advisory Panel. John has served on the Centra State Medical Center and the Ladacin network's event committees. He was a member of the Exchange Club of Freehold and the Manasquan-Brielle Rotary from 2006 to 2010.
